ComEd may reimburse customers for certain damage or losses as a result of a loss of electrical service. The claim form may be downloaded from the ComEd website - ComEd Claim Form.

Please read through the claim information on the second page to see what items may be covered and the supporting documentation required. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. When completed, return the ComEd copy and supporting documentation to:
